RULES & REGULATIONS -

Booking amount consist of 15% of the total cost mentioned in the agreement.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Payment conditions varies project wise which is decided by the Company itself.

The prices mentioned in the agreement are firm.

All payments to be made to the company by Demand Draft / Local Cheques in favor of Vastuvedik Colonizer & Developers Pvt. Ltd. payable at Kota (Rajasthan).

Possession is given to the customer only after settlement of his dues.

The company reserve the right to accept or reject the application for booking of the customers.

The amount of service tax, registry charges, society fund charges, monthly maintainance charges are extra and does not include in the amount mentioned in the agreement.

All transactions are subject to Kota Jurisdictions only.

In case of non-payment or delay in payments of installments by the customers , company reserves the rights to cancel the agreement.

The amount repaid to the customer is after deduction of 10% of the agreement amount.
